APOLLO JAVELINS - FACTORY CLOSES.

It is reported in today's Athletics Weekly magazine that
the Birmingham based company APOLLO, the British 
manufacturer of javelins who made the popular Aeroflo
range has gone into receivership. The factory site is to
be flattened and used for housing. 

Stadia Sports has a small stock of the remaining Apollo
javelins but athletics manager Kevin Mader warned these
are almost certainly to be the last ones available.
